Resellers give their clients first-line support, and DIA backs them.

Resellers also get a referral link and can earn from it like an affiliate. Their own client workspaces don't earn commission.

## Reseller tiers

You ask for Pro or Enterprise when you apply, and DIA confirms the tier when it approves you. Later, a Partner admin can ask for a higher tier from **Compare tiers** in Partner settings. DIA replies within 3 business days, and an approved change takes effect on the 1st of the next month.
