Sign-in on the domain then sets up without another record, usually within the hour. Until then, DIA sends visitors to your site address.

## Send client emails from your domain

Under **Email domain**, enter a domain such as `mail.yourcompany.com` and click **Connect**. Add the records shown, then click **Check again**. Until it's verified, emails come from DIA's address with your brand's name.

## New sign-ups on your site

The **Free sign-ups on your site** switch in **Pricing & margins** controls whether new visitors can start on Free. While your account is unpaid, overdue or suspended, your site stops taking new sign-ups, and existing clients can still sign in.
