# Company check

> Verify your company as a DIA reseller: the details and documents you need, and what each review status means.

# Company check

Resellers verify their company once. It usually takes 1 business day, and your clients never see these details. A Partner admin does this from the **Company check** card in Partner settings.

  <Step title="Enter your company details">
    Click **Verify your company**, then fill in your legal company name, registration number, VAT ID, registered address, city and country.

  <Step title="Upload your documents">
    Add your registration certificate and a director's passport or ID card. PDF, JPEG and PNG files up to 10 MB work.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Submit">
    Click **Submit for review**.
  </Step>

The card shows **Not sent**, **In review**, **Changes requested** or **Verified**. You can't edit the details while they're in review or after they're verified.

If DIA asks for changes, click **Fix and resend**, correct them and click **Send for review again**. A document marked **Needs a clearer copy** needs uploading again.
