# Plans and billing

Plans are priced per workspace, not per person, and every plan allows unlimited members.

| Plan | Credits a month | Includes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free | 500 | All models, Private chats, unlimited members |
| Team | 10,000 | Shared and Private spaces, member limits and usage reports |
| Business | 30,000 | Everything in Team, plus verified domains and the audit log |

Current prices are on [dia.now](https://dia.now) and on the plan screen in the app. Each person can own one Free workspace.

## Change your plan

Only the Owner can do this, in **Settings > Billing & credits**.

An upgrade starts today, and your card is charged the prorated difference now. A downgrade takes effect on your renewal date.

## Cancel

Click **Cancel plan**. You keep your plan until the end of the period, then the workspace moves to Free. **Keep** undoes the cancellation before that date.

## Payment

The **Payment** area is for the Owner, and has **Update card**, billing details and invoices as PDF files.

If a payment fails, a red banner appears with **Update card**, and you can't change plans until it's fixed. If the workspace moves to Free after a failed payment, it keeps the credits it bought.
