Leave the program

A Partner admin clicks Leave program in the danger zone of Partner settings. The program ends after 30 days' notice. Until then, Stay in the program withdraws it.

When it ends:

  • Clients move to DIA direct. Paid plans go to DIA's prices from their next renewal.
  • DIA removes clients who never accepted their invite or never paid.
  • Your wallet balance, less anything unpaid, leaves with the next payout.
  • The portal turns read-only for payouts, statements and your team.
