Company check
Resellers verify their company once. It usually takes 1 business day, and your clients never see these details. A Partner admin does this from the Company check card in Partner settings.
Click Verify your company, then fill in your legal company name, registration number, VAT ID, registered address, city and country.
Add your registration certificate and a director's passport or ID card. PDF, JPEG and PNG files up to 10 MB work.
Click Submit for review.
The card shows Not sent, In review, Changes requested or Verified. You can't edit the details while they're in review or after they're verified.
If DIA asks for changes, click Fix and resend, correct them and click Send for review again. A document marked Needs a clearer copy needs uploading again.
