Resellers give their clients first-line support, and DIA backs them.
Resellers also get a referral link and can earn from it like an affiliate. Their own client workspaces don't earn commission.
Reseller tiers
You ask for Pro or Enterprise when you apply, and DIA confirms the tier when it approves you. Later, a Partner admin can ask for a higher tier from Compare tiers in Partner settings. DIA replies within 3 business days, and an approved change takes effect on the 1st of the next month.
